Michael Adomako was the first member of 4NH to get in the Golden Book at our brand new school. He has worked so hard to improve his handwriting this week – his work looks SO much better! Smart writing for a smart new classroom!
This week, Leo L and Adam were in the Golden Book for some fantastic teamwork creating a virtual tour of St Aiden’s church. The boys worked independently, taking great care with their sentences and spelling to produce a really high quality presentation. Watch this space for the finished article…!
Great news! 4NH are officially fantastic at lunchtimes! With only one entry in the Time Out book this half term, they beat EVERY other class in school. Let the good times roll…! Mrs Heywood is smiling from ear to ear!

Leo O for being an ‘always child’ – always hard-working, always well behaved and always helpful!
This Friday, all of Y4 are off to the Royal Concert Hall to see the ‘Now Hear This’ concert with the world famous Halle orchestra. We’ve all been busy learning the song ‘Refuge’ to sing with the orchestra and some children will be taking their instruments and playing the ‘One Note Samba’ too! I can’t wait!
Make sure you bring your consent forms and money back before Friday!
Wow! 4NH have made a really great start with some amazing writing this week. Our WOW word tree will be full before long! I could see all the great VCOP that you used in your stories. (I think Mr Adams might steal some of you for his Y6 class…)
Monday 25th January sees the start of a BRAND NEW class at Southwark…4NH!
Set to become the smartest, cleverest and most amazing class in the whole school, Mrs Hutchinson and Mrs Heywood are full of excitement!
Mrs Hutchinson will teach on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday afternoons
Mrs Heywood will be in class on Wednesday mornings and all day Thursday and Friday.
We can’t wait!!!
